MEET THE TEAM
Freddy Steele
Freddy Steele is a UK-based horse trainer, performer and coach who brings together an international pedigree of equestrian skill with a grounded passion for building true partnerships. With years of world travel behind him and experience in trick-riding, horseback archery and classical dressage, Freddy draws from a broad range of influences to refine communication between horse and rider. At Steelehorse, he leads the training, performance and media work, always aiming for confident, polished results.
Holly Barber
Holly Steele is a dedicated trainer and horsewoman with deep roots in classical horsemanship. Based originally in Norfolk, Holly manages day-to-day training, rider development and the equestrian yard with the precision and care of someone shaped by over 40 years of family industry experience. Her background in working equitation and versatile training exercises informs her belief that the strongest partnerships are built on trust, adaptability and shared goals.
Together, Freddy and Holly combine experience, artistry and a shared commitment to helping both horse and rider advance with clarity and purpose.
